FAQ

What do the riders get for their registration cost?

Riders will be riding a fully supported route complete with full service rest stops. At the start will be breakfast items, grab and go bars, water, sports drinks and more and at the end there will be a full catered lunch/dinner. Each rider will have a downloadable route with SAG and Tech support contact information.

Exactly what is the 100 mile route?

The routes will be posted closer to the event. You will be able to download the route to your Garmin, to gpsmyride.com and other phone apps and/or devices.

Will there be any swag or merchandise?

Yes, each rider will receive a goody bag and a T-Shirt. Riders will have the opportunity to purchase an inaugural jersey for $69. $15 of each jersey will go to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s GI Floor.

Can I ride without wearing a helmet?

Absolutely, not! Every rider must wear a helmet and riding a bike in good working condition. There will be tech support at the beginning of the ride as well as on the route should you encounter any difficulties.

Besides a helmet, what else do I need for the event?

It would be best if you carried 1 or 2 spare tubes, a way to inflate those tubes, I.D. and an insurance card. A rear blinking light would also be beneficial.

Will I have to sign a waiver?

Yes, waivers will be sent to you upon registration, or will be available at the registration table on ride day. No one may ride without filling out and signing the waiver.
